Making Disciples In Marseille
The special events in February put on by the FEU and the Merlan Church (Bible exposition, talks on Moses, The Reliability of the Bible, and Archeology and the History of the Bible) were all well attended, especially by students in the neighborhood of the church and on the St. Jerome campus. There was a lot of feedback to the staff at the FEU and they have been able to follow up by starting Discovery Bible Studies with three students. Pray for this follow-up and that Jesus Christ would be manifested and glorified in many ways during this month.
This past Friday night, March 25th, the FEU put on another evening especially for Berbers. This evening was well attended – about 50 – and they were not found to be indifferent to learn that their culture has deep roots in Christianity! Refreshments were served afterwards, during which time many wonderful conversations took place. Pray for the new contacts that were made, and that there will be many more openings such as this for the gospel in the neighborhood of the Merlan Church.
